It is expected that the successful applicants will:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with basic food preparation under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Take initiative and show a proactive approach to tasks.
- Respect confidentiality and uphold the values of the organisation.
- Have enthusiasm and a strong commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all children, and young people
