Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust will be held remotely on Thursday 9 December 2021 at 7.00 pm for the following purposes:

Welcome and Chair of Members’ 2020/21
Appoint a Chair of Members and Chair of Governors 2021/22
Minutes of the meeting of last year’s AGM held on 10 December 2020
Note the annual report for the Company for the financial year ended 31 August 2021
Reappoint Members and Governors to the Board
Appoint Auditors of the Academy Trust: Thorne Widgery
Arrangements for Responsible Officer of the Academy Trust
Any other business
